The Reusable Packaging Association (RPA), an industry association whose members include pooling and reusable packaging companies, recorded this webinar in November 2025, before PPWR started to apply (RPA on YouTube, 17 November 2025). It looks at reusable transport packaging, with totes and pallets named explicitly, as the way to meet PPWR's transport packaging targets: 40% from 2030 and the 70% aim for 2040.

Keep in mind who is speaking. The RPA promotes reusable packaging. The regulation itself doesn't require any particular pool or format, only reusable packaging within a reuse system for a share of your flows, and for all of them between your own sites and within one country (Regulation (EU) 2025/40, Art. 29). Our explainer [The reuse targets explained](/ppwr-reuse-targets-explained) goes through the cases.

A tip while you watch: every reuse model needs the same thing from you, a count of units used and in which system. Resupply keeps that record per counterparty and site from your daily deliveries, and is building the PPWR reuse shares on top of it. Ask Resupply for a short proposal (in Swedish).
